Cryptocurrency billionaire Linus Williams, popularly known as Blord, has been released on bail after spending three days in police custody. News of his release was shared by social media activist VeryDarkMan on his Instagram page on Friday. VeryDarkMan had earlier announced Blord's arrest, alleging fraud and terrorism funding. However, in a recent update, VeryDarkMan revealed that Blord's release came after intense pleading and tears.
According to VeryDarkMan, Blord will return next week to face charges for his alleged crimes. He expressed confidence in the Nigerian Police Force's ability to uphold justice, stating, "I believe the @npf_nccc will not compromise and Justice will be upheld." Despite the allegations, the Blord Group had earlier clarified that Linus Williams was only invited for questioning, denying reports of his arrest.
