Nigerian comedian, Chibuike Josh Alfred, popularly known as Josh2Funny, has shared his thoughts on the competition in the comedy industry. In a recent appearance on "The Honest Bunch" podcast, Josh2Funny dismissed the notion that there is no competition in the content-creating industry, calling it a sugarcoated truth. Instead, he confidently asserted that he has no competition in the comedy industry, boasting that his skits have gained international recognition and are translated into various languages such as Mandarin, Hindi, Russian, and French in Europe and Asia.
Josh2Funny expressed frustration towards his colleagues who copy his trends and styles without giving him credit. He emphasized that while he acknowledges competition in the industry, he is unmatched in his craft. With his comedy reaching a global audience, Josh2Funny believes he is in a league of his own, stating, "I'm not with you guys, bro. I'm not anybody's mate in this comedy industry."
